Return/Refund Policy

POLICY UPDATE:  DUE TO COVID-19, NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL ITEMS.

We hope you love your Kākou Collective goodies, but if not we understand. 

We offer returns for store credit only.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges (instead, please place a new order once you receive the store credit).  We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your package. Store credit may not be used towards shipping.  Please note, we do not refund your order's shipping costs.  

Please also note that items bought at any event (not from our online shop) are FINAL SALE.  They may not be returned.

Items purchased on sale or with any discount code may NOT be returned.  They are FINAL SALE.

Items must be in perfect condition.  Items that have been soiled, mishandled, opened, abused, or missing parts will be returned to the purchaser.  No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.

To authorize the exchange process, please email us at aloha@kakoucollective.com to notify us and include the reason for the return. Then make sure that your order number is written on the package when you mail it back (you will not receive a reply after you send notification).

Safely package and ship the merchandise (we recommend insuring your package) within ten (10) days of receiving your shipment to:

Please include the packing slip with your order number and note which items you are returning and why. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package.  Once your package is received, the merchandise will be quality inspected.  Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.  Kakou Collective is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.  

We value 100% customer satisfaction.  We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 10 days of receiving the item.  No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.

*Some exclusions apply to promotional discounts and pricing.  We do not offer price adjustments.
